Return and Refund Policy

Dear Customer,

Please contact us at the.real.aim.mail@gmail.com with the reason of return and we'll try to resolve the issue.
You can always get a refund or replacement if you are qualified as it is described below.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (unless you activated extended warranty within 15 days since your date of purchase).

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unusable or unserviceable due to defects in material, engine or/and workmanship under normal use. It must  be in the original packaging with all items included (Water Flosser, 2 nozzles, charging base).

​

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several reasons when product is exempt from being returned:
- Item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts
- Product was cleaned with aggressive cleaning agents, caustic or abrasive agents

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

- Unable to present proof of purchase/receipt

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days.

Late or missing refunds:


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at aim@therealaim.com

Final Sale items


Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:


We REPLACE items if they are defective due defects in material or/and workmanship. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at the.real.aim.mail@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
